Our Gin is only made from Margaret River Wine which is triple distilled with only the best botanicals and some local ingredients to produce a gin that reflects the elegance and true spirit of Margaret River.

CLASSIC GIN
Triple Distilled London Dry Style.
Triple distilled from the finest Margaret River wine, this pure and distinctive gin carries bold juniper at its core. Earthy Angelica Root and the subtle sweetness of Liquorice Root layer depth and warmth, while native Lemon Myrtle brings a bright, citrusy lift. A touch of sweet spice lingers in the background, rounding out a spirit that’s both vibrant and intriguingly complex.

SHIRAZ GIN
Gin meets Grapes
Some of the finest Margaret River Shiraz grapes are steeped with some punchy Gin spirit for a few months with gentle daily press downs by hand. The gin looks inky with rich notes of dark cherries, sweet spice and lovely piney juniper notes in the background. Lovely with a splash of soda or tonic, but best sipped neat on some ice.

LIMONCELLO GIN
Gin meets Citrus
Peels from organic Margaret River lemons were steeped in one of our pure gin spirits for 2 months and blended with a Lemon Myrtle dominated gin and natural sugar syrup. Enjoy cold on ice or as a Spritz with tonic, soda or Prosecco or a mix of them with a slice of lime/lemon and mint/rosemary for garnish. Think Italy on a hot summers day.

ESPRESSO GIN
Gin meets Coffee
An Espresso Martini with a twist, containing our lovely earthy gin spirit from Margaret River grapes, Margaret River cold pressed coffee and a malt base for sweetness. Ready to be shaken up with some ice in a shaker and served cold in a martini glass for a flavour explosion. Not celiac friendly.

BRANDY
Old meets New World
A classic example which we all grew up with, but with some nutty and tabacco notes with lots of length and texture from distilling the wine on skins and resting in French oak for over two years. Something that goes well with a cigar.

NEGRONI
A taste of Italy in the South West
A 1/3 blend of our gins, 1/3 Vermouth and 1/3 Amaro. Orange peel, piney, exotic herbs and luscious with a bitter sweet finish.

Liquid Honey in a bottle
Made from the finest honey in the region, fortified about halfway through with a lovely wine spirit and rested in French oak for 2 years. We think the vikings would have approved of this blend.

Botanicals and Herbs infusion
Exotic spices infused in a Margaret River Chardonnay as the base wine to create a Vermouth with a French touch of class. Wormwood as the main ingredient creates a lovely bitterness which is well balanced with the subtle sweetness. Ready for your classic Martini, your own Negroni or just for sipping neat.
