Wild fermented with partial malolactic fermentation and aged for 11 months in only the finest Burgundian oak to give a blend of the Old and New World of Chardonnay. Vibrant, textural, creamy and complex with lovely floral, citrus and flinty notes and a focused, lingering acidity.
